We offer FREE SAME DAY SHIPPING on all orders over $20 within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO and Canada! FREE SHIPPING will be sent via USPS priority mail. Orders placed before 12pm PST (3pm EST) M-F will ship same day. Orders placed after 12pm PST (3pm EST) Friday or over the weekend will ship the next business day. All items in stock are typically received within 1-5 business days depending on where you are located. On rare occasion, we may ship larger orders via UPS ground at our discretion.
TinySoles DOES ship to PO Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses. Free shipping to Canada will be sent via USPS First Class Mail and can take up to 5-7 business days to arrive. Please see our international shipping and orders sections for additional information on shipping to Canada.

. Our goal is to provide our international customers with the best shipping rates available. We offer a broad selection of international shipping options from USPS. All available shipping options are displayed during checkout, allowing you to choose the rate and time that will best meet your needs. To see your shipping rate at any time during your shopping process, add your item/s to the shopping cart, click on "checkout", fill in the required fields and press "submit". On the next page you will see all the available shipping options and their respective prices.
First Class Mail International shipping is not an insurable method and as such we will not be held responsible for lost packages that were sent using this method of shipping.

All orders will receive a "Your order has shipped" email containing a tracking number after the order has shipped. Orders shipped using International First Class Mail will have a customs number only that is not trackable. You can track your order at www.usps.com or www.ups.com using the tracking number provided in your email. All orders ship from Olympia, WA. All orders shipped within the US should arrive within 1-5 business days from when the order was placed. If you do not receive your order within 8 business days after placing it, please contact us. For International orders, please allow additional delivery time based upon the shipping method selected.

Refunds can only be issued within 45 days from the date of purchase. We will accept returns for exchanges and store credit for unworn product for up to 90 days from the date of purchase. Returns received after these periods will be refused, so please be sure to inspect your product upon receipt.
Returned products need to be in new, unworn condition and in their original packaging. Items sent back with damaged or missing packaging will be charged a restocking fee. If you are concerned about the condition of the product or packaging, please call us before shipping it back.
If you have any feedback on the returned item/s, please include it in your return box. We would love to hear it!
Fill out the label on the bottom of the return policy that came with your order, include the Order ID# from your invoice and attach it to the outside of your return box.
Shipping insurance and/or a tracking number is highly recommended on return packages. TinySoles is not responsible for packages sent to us that are damaged or lost.
You will be notified by email once we have issued your refund/store credit. Please verify that the email address on your invoice is correct.

How To Order
Our goal is to make your TinySoles shopping experience as smooth and easy as possible. With that in mind, we offer a variety of ordering and payment methods. This page should answer your questions about ordering, but if you need to speak with someone for more detailed ordering information or if you have a suggestion on how we can make the ordering process easier, please contact us.
Secure Online Ordering
When you find an item you like on our website, simply click on the picture of that item and select the size and color (if applicable), then click the "Add to cart" button. Our shopping cart will automatically keep track of everything you add, and you can remove items or change quantities before checkout. When you are ready to purchase, select checkout on the top right corner of the screen and follow the instructions. If you already are a registered user, you can use our fast and easy checkout by providing your username and password.
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. For best service, please include a daytime telephone number in case there are questions about your order.
Order By Phone
Call us anytime toll free at (800) 338-4071. You will get in touch with a live person, or receive a prompt return call, between 9:00am and 5:00pm PST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Messages left outside these hours will be returned promptly.
TinySoles is required by law to charge 8.8% Washington State sales tax to all orders shipped to an address in Washington State. Sales tax will not be charged on orders shipped outside Washington State. Prices shown on our site do not include Sales Tax.
Please see our International Shipping section for a description of available shipping methods and rates for international orders. Please allow 3-4 business days to process international orders. All prices and payments are in US dollars. Please note that you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes that are charged once a shipment reaches your country. You are responsible for all extra delivery charges, duties, taxes, Customs fees and any other charges that you may incur for importing products into your country. Customs policies are different for every country and you should contact your local Customs office if you have any questions. You are considered the importer of record when ordering from TinySoles and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
If you have trouble with a non-USA credit card at checkout, it may be that your credit card company is denying the transaction just because it is an international transaction. Try giving your cedit card company a call and let them know you are placing an order at TinySoles.
Please note: If we are unable to verify your billing and/or shipping address with your credit card provider, we WILL ask for further verification of your identity prior to shipping your order.
Gift certificates can be redeemed for any product on our website and have no expiration date. You have the choice of sending an electronic gift certificate or mailing a certificate to the address of your choice. You may also include a personal message.
Free Gift Wrapping
Every order at TinySoles, gift or not, is wrapped in fun colored tissue paper and sealed with our TinySoles logo. If your order is being sent as a gift, you may include a gift message during checkout that we will happily hand write on a gift card. This is just another way TinySoles goes the extra mile to give you that personal touch!

We understand that sometimes what you receive is not what you thought it would be, or circumstances have changed and you need a different size, color or style. No problem. We guarantee you a hassle free exchange and return experience should you ever need to use it.
Returning for a REFUND? If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return your unworn product/s back to us within 45 days from the date of purchase and we will gladly issue you a full refund to the original method of payment once we receive the returned item/s. Simply follow our return instructions.
Need An EXCHANGE? Then use our speedy exchange option. Simply purchase your exchange online or over the phone and we will ship it out right away. Follow the return instructions above to send back the item/s you do not want. We will issue you a full refund to the method of payment once we receive your return. Not Your Order? If there is an error with your order, please let us know immediately and we will send you the correct merchandise promptly.
Is It DEFECTIVE? We inspect each product we sell individually before adding it to our inventory, so we are confident that product defects will be rare. However, if you feel you have received a defective product please contact us immediately!
Can I return/exchange an item I received as a gift? Firstly, lucky you for having such great friends! We are only able to refund the person who purchased the gift, however, we will accept returns for store credit and exchanges. The item must have been purchased from TinySoles and sent to you as a gift. You must meet and follow our return instructions above and please include a copy of the original invoice with your return. Also please include your contact information with your return, so we can accurately process your request.
Do you offer Return Shipping? We're guessing if you're reading this before placing your order, then you're still not sure. Psychic? Nope, we just know a thing or two about buying kid's stuff online. We can't offer a get out of jail free card, but we think we can do one better. What if we got it right the first time? We specialize in kid's shoes and kids shoes only, so our customer service team actually know what they're talking about. Return Shipping Tips
Pack your return in the smallest box you can find that will protect the item/s.
Only include the item/s you are returning in their original package. You do not need to return any extras that were in your box.
We have found the cheapest way to send your return package back is usually by USPS first class mail through your local post office. A package weighing 1lb or less costs around $3 to send to us from anywhere in the US.
For returns weighing 2-3lb or more consider using a USPS Flat Rate box or USPS parcel post.
Refused/Unclaimed Packages Packages that are refused or returned to TinySoles as unclaimed will be refunded to the credit card or PayPal account originally used for the purchase, less shipping costs. We are unable to refund shipping costs on refused deliveries.

If you would like to buy something that you do not find on our site, please let us know! We can customize and special order items, and we are happy to hear your suggestions of additional products that you would like to find on our site.
Is the product you want out of stock? We stock all of our inventory in house. If you can add an item to your shopping cart, it is in stock. Some products literally fly off our shelves (and we thank you for your enthusiasm for our shoes!). Our aim is to keep everything on our site in stock at all times. If you come across a product you want that is out of stock, please call us right away and we will take your order over the phone and let you know exactly when you can expect to receive it.
