Can I order by phone?
Yes. Call us toll free at (800) 338-4071 between 9am-5pm PST M-F, excluding holidays. Please leave a message if you reach us outside these hours.

My kid(s) scream when I'm on the phone, can I email you?
Yep, ours too. No problem, shoot us an email at info@tinysoles.com. Our fingers will appreciate the exercise.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. All prices and payments are in US dollars ($USD).

How quickly will you process my order?
We know there's nothing sweeter then getting your order quickly. Orders placed before 3pm EST (12pm PST) M-F will ship on the same day. Orders placed after 3pm EST (12pm PST) Friday or over the weekend will ship the next business day. Orders placed on Holidays will ship the next business day.

Will I be charged Sales Tax?
TinySoles is required by law to charge Sales Tax to all orders shipped to an address in Washington State. Sales Tax will not be charged on orders shipped outside Washington State. Prices shown on our site do not include Sales Tax.

Do you ship to my country (Internationally)?
Unfortunately at this time we do NOT ship internationally. Please see our International Shipping page for more information.

When is my credit card charged for my purchase?
Your credit card is charged at the time you place your order. The transaction will appear on your statement as TINYSOLES.

Is the item I want to buy in stock?
If you can add an item to your shopping cart, it is in stock and ready to ship.

The item I want is showing as out of stock?
If you come across a product you want that is out of stock, please contact us and we'll let you know when we expect it back in stock. You can also sign yourself up to receive a back in stock email notification on that items page.

Can I get a style/size/color not shown on your website?
Yes, we are able to special order items in styles, colors & sizes we do not carry if they are available. Please contact us to find out more.

I'm not sure what size I should select?
Give us a call at 800-338-4071 and let us help you get it right the first time! Our Shoe Specialists will happily walk you through any sizing issues you may be having. Little shoes are our specialty and our Shoe Specialists are able to provide you with any length, width and thickness measurement you may want for a specific shoe. We're here to help! I keep getting errors when I try to use a non-USA credit card?
If you have trouble with a non-USA credit card at checkout, it may be that your credit card company is denying the transaction just because it is an international transaction. Try giving your credit card company a call and let them know you are placing an order at TinySoles.

My friends totally need to shop at TinySoles. Do you have Gift Cards?
Why yes we do. Our eGift Cards are redeemable storewide, have no fees, and never expire. TinySoles eGift Cards can be purchased in any dollar amount and are emailed to the recipient within minutes of being purchased.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, you can select gift wrapping as an option at check out.

Can I return my order for a refund?
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return your unworn product/s back to us within 45 days from the date of purchase. Simply follow the instructions on our Returns & Exchanges page.

Can I exchange an item I got?
Yes, we accept returns for exchanges and store credit for unworn product for up to 90 days from the date of purchase. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for more info.

Got my order, but I think there is something missing/wrong?
If there is an error with your order, please let us know immediately and we will take care of it promptly.

I received an item I believe is defective?
We inspect each product we sell individually, so we are confident that product defects will be rare. However, if you feel you have received a defective product please contact us immediately!

Can I return/exchange an item I received as a gift?
Firstly, lucky you for having such great friends! We are only able to refund the person who purchased the gift, however, we also accept returns for store credit and exchanges. Please see our Returns & Exchanges page for more info.

Can I track my package?
Yes, once your order has shipped you will receive a "Your order has shipped" email containing a tracking number and information on how to track it.

My package says it was delivered but I cannot find it?
If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered, please be sure to check everywhere. Sometimes packages are left with neighbors, building managers, next to your mailbox or in covered locations like your porch or carport. Also check your mailbox, door and gate, in case the carrier left you an attempted delivery notice. If you still cannot locate your package, there is no tracking information or the tracking information shows the item was returned to us, please contact us.
