The bottle itself is a good size and can always be used with other KK lids.

We're sorry to hear you're having problems with your avent top leaking. We promise you that we have kid tested a bajillion of these and NEVER had one leak. We have had a couple of customers call saying they were having trouble with leakage and on 2 of 3 cases it was because they did not have the silicone gasket installed on the sippy top. Once they fixed that it solved their issues. The 3rd case we sent a replacement bottle out and tested the defective bottle once we got it back and we could not get it to leak no matter how hard we shook it? When installing the top make sure you push the green piece through the top ring so that it "pops" tightly into place. If this isn't pushed all the way in it can leak but it is usually of the dripping kind. The only issue we have had was one of our employees left their 20oz bottle full of water in their car overnight in freezing weather and the expansion of the water as it turned into a block of ice caused the seam on the bottle to open slightly causing a slow leak. That's truly the only problem we have seen. If the above doesn't solve your issue, please contact us right away and we will take care of you.

Author: Kristi T We all love our KK bottles! The sippy top never leaked for us, but my daughter preferred my sport top (and left me with the sippy top!) so she just uses that now. The exterior can sweat if the liquid is cold & that makes it a bit slippery for little fingers.
The most important thing to me though is the quality of the water - whenever I take a sip out of mine (or my daughters) - the water is so crisp & clean. Just like water should taste. I tasted the water out of other "safe" plastic sippy cups and it was just off. That was enough to switch over to stainless.
Author: Shanyn I love our Kleen Kanteens...we have the silver 12 oz. with the sport caps and they are the ones we always use for on the go. To the store, the museum, the park....anytime we are away from the house..they are the easiest to use....mine haven't ever leaked...and I love that I know that they are safe to drink from...love that they are stainless steel! No worries!
