Shipping Info

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $20 within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii! Orders placed before 3pm EST (12pm PST) M-F will ship on the same day. Orders placed after 3pm EST (12pm PST) or over the weekend will ship the next business day. Orders placed on Holidays will also ship the next business day.

We do NOT ship on the following Holidays:
  • January 1 - New Year's Day
  • January - Martin Luther King Jr's Birthday
  • February - Washington's Birthday (President's Day)
  • May - Memorial Day
  • July 4 - Independence Day
  • September - Labor Day
  • October - Columbus Day
  • November - Veterans Day
  • November - Thanksgiving Day
  • December 25 - Christmas Day

Shipping to USA
All items in stock are typically received within 1-5 business days depending on where you are located. USPS Express Mail is the only shipping method with a guaranteed time frame.

Shipping to PO Boxes
We do ship to PO Boxes via USPS mail without any extra fees. All shipping methods listed above are available for PO Box addresses.

Shipping to APO/FPO
Orders shipped to military APO/FPO addresses are sent via USPS mail. We have had great feedback on speedy delivery times to APO/FPO, however please allow additional delivery time based on your location.

Shipping to Canada
Unfortunately we can no longer ship directly to Canada. We will ship to professional forwarding agencies with a US address and encourage you to look into that option.

Order Tracking
All orders will receive a "Your order has shipped" email containing a tracking number after the order has shipped. You can track your order at or for tracking numbers starting with a number "1" at using the tracking number provided in your email. All orders shipped within the US should arrive within 1-5 business days from when the order was shipped. If you do not receive your order within 8 business days after placing it, please contact us.

Finding Your Package
If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered, please be sure to check everywhere. Sometimes packages are left with neighbors, building managers, next to your mailbox or in covered locations like your porch or carport. Also check your mailbox, door and gate, in case the carrier left you an attempted delivery notice. If you still cannot locate your package, there is no tracking information or the tracking information shows the item was returned to us, please contact us.
