I chose these socks for my Daughter because they were so cute but I was delighted to find out we loved them as much as I love my Smartwool ! The thickness of this sock is an every day wear where as I have gotten the hiking light and they are more cushioned so I have to be picky about when she wears the other and with what shoes.
